Precision Machining
Pre-machining (blocking and squaring up) is a major cost of tool production. Key resources, such as skilled personnel, expensive CNC machines and other costly production facilities are unnecessarily tied-up, pre-machining / preparing components for mould and tool making.
We also add value by producing specials and short runs. We carry a large stock of finished goods as well as raw material and run “just-in-time” manufacturing to ensure complete delivery in the shortest possible time.
Our German supplier, Bartsch GmbH Germany, is the largest precision machined tool steel manufacturer in Europe. We are thus able to provide our South African customers with top quality European products at extremely competitive prices.
Surface & Segmental Grinding
Mild Steel Plates – die set plates, parallels are ground together for exact heights, press plates
